With his three brothers, the legendary Lester Chambers performed gospel and folk throughout southern California in 1954 and formed The Chambers Brothers. Together, they shattered racial and musical divides.

In the early 1990's Lester began working with producer/drummer Pride Hutchison at Explosive Records for his first solo album, going on to release multiple albums on the label.
