Pat Senatore was the bassist for Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass. Milcho Leviev was a member of Don Ellis' band in the 1970s and sideman for Billy Cobham, Art Pepper and Al Jarreau and leader of the jazz-rock band, Free Flight, in the 1980s. Together with drummer Kevin Tullius, the three recorded Trio Lesentu for Explosive Records.
